Is there a way to make this sucker more efficient?
I know in the colder months RO's struggle with the GPD but even in warmer months I feel I'm getting a ratio of like 1:1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000^

The rejection rate in 100 gpd membranes is not as good as in others, so next time you purchase a membrane get a 75 gpd or one from spectra pure with the proper flow restrictor and adjust waste to product ratio appropriately. +1 On what Phg questioned you on as well.

The rejection ratio is just what is set by Aquaticlife. You could replace the flow restrictor with a 500 ml/m (it is 800ml/m from factory). That will save you a bit of waste water.

I think your real issue is pressure. RO membranes are rated for a minimum pressure of 60PSI.

How long does it take to make a gallon of RODI? At it's best a 100GPD will take 15 minutes per gallon. But that with 75' water and 80PSI. You lose 15% flow at 50PSI. Double that with 60' water. It would expect that it takes your about 25-30 minutes to make a single gallon.

So an inline booster pump should tackle the pressure issue, and replacing the flow restrictor should enhance the rejection ratio?
