Just wondering who uses em, and how you read the test. I read it just like the directions say. i hold the vial over all the colors on the chart and find the one it matches closely. seems like it always turns a little bit pink. anyhow just want some thoughts on it all!

if you look through the vial sideways you get a low range reading

I use that test too... and Greg's right, if looking from the top the color of the water in the vial is lighter than the "10" color patch on the chart, then you need to put the vial against the chart and read sideways through the vial, and then divide the matching number by 10.
