Tentacles growing out of Rock Flower Body?

I have a couple rock flowers and have had them for a couple months. One of them has a section of tentacles growing out it's body, not touching the edge at all. The tentacles are the same color and length as the nem's tentacles. The nem seems healthy, has full color, and has been spawning tonight(yes, while my hand was in there). It's mouth went back to normal after it was done spawning. None of the other nems have this.

Has anyone ever seen this? Is it normal?

Very interesting! In-grown tentacles? Did they appear overnight or was it a gradual change?

Is there a little mouth surrounded by those tentacles ?

Haha, I wish. The tentacles are still there and separated. They can grab food but I'm not sure how dexterous they are compared to the normal tentacles. They are slowly growing toward the outer skirt, the gap is small enough now that I cannot get a good photo of it. The picture is a bit blurry, but you can see the bulge to the right(on the rightmost rockflower) were the tentacles are growing out.

This looks pretty normal for rock flower anemone
