Ouch! How did that happen? I hope someone other than you is paying for it. i.e. UPS?

I just put up an ATI Powermodule with 4 ATI t5's and 2 LED E5 t5's. This way I have T5/LED COMBO, no shimmer, but I love the color. Corals seem to be responding very well only a few days in.

It was either package very shoddily or UPS did some major damage to the box and tried to tape it up afterward. In either case, I won't be paying for it. Just have to wait longer.
