What flake or pellet food do you like?

We recently got a new fish that is mostly eating flake over frozen. I normally don't feed much flake since I have several fish who need lots of frozen food so I'm out of date on what is the best stuff out there. The fish is eating formula one flake right now, but it is an old can and I need to get something fresh. What do your fish like?

I feed a pinch of ocean nutrition prime reef and a pinch of formul 2 flakes, in addition to frozen

+1 as stated and occasionally Topfin soft sinking pellets, krill, spirulina and community pellets to mix it up for a change.

My big mean Sohol has taken quite a liking to shrimp pellets. I forget the brand...OSI maybe? I just pick up the bottle near the tank and he and my Navarchus come scooting over begging for them. I just drop them in and they snap each big pellet up within about 10 milliseconds of it hitting the water surface. Amazing how many they can suck up in about 2 minutes! Make the Sohol less likely to bite me when I'm working in the tank!!
