what kind of veggies

Hi All, Just bought a Foxface and I keep reading online that I can feed him fresh Vegetables, but i'm not sure wich veggies are best and if they should be raw or cooked.

Try sushi nori (the one that contain only seaweed). You can buy a big pack at any Asian supermarket, probably last for a whole year. My tangs and fox face eat about anything from chaeto, spinach, romaine, iceberg, not sure if it's good for then or not so I stopped and they're now strictly on nori only.
