Will an AGA 24 inch Versa-Top fit a 75?

I just broke another one doing a water change.

For some reason I'm worried that they may be slightly to short.....

I do understand that it wont fit front to back......I'm just worried about length.


( yes it is an AGA 75)

IT DOES NOT FIT.

The AGA 75 has a wide center brace....and the 24 inch versa-top is TOO LONG.

Crap. There goes $20 I could have used.

Well.....even though nobody answered my question, maybe this will help someone down the road.

personally i hate the glass tops.... they break easily, have to be cleaned very often, and keep in lots of heat... plus reduce light that gets in if you don't keep up 100% on waterchanges.

I go either topless or with a white eggcrate light diffuser cut to fit into place.

I'll just deal with this...... might try a glass cutter.

If I go topless, my living room feels like a sauna and develops a kind of "funk". It also helps keeping heat in the tank.
If I ever go MH I'll reconsider.
