Gardiner The Reef Farmer Dec 29, 2009 #1 I had a 4 month old 150w Radium blow in my work tank today. It is in a JBJ28 gallon tank, that is driven by a JBJ HQI electronic ballast. Has anybody else had this happen with a radium bulb? It was a $90 bulb, I am not too happy.

OP OP Gardiner The Reef Farmer Dec 29, 2009 #2 Does anybody know how to check a metal halide bulb to see if it still works? Can you check continuity with a voltage meter like a regular bulb?
