6 bulb T5 combination for good growth

Right now I have a 4 bulb T5 HO fixture over my 40B. 2 Blue Plus, 2 aqua blue special. I like the color and growth, but I will move to a 6 bulb fixture.

I am thinking of the following combination (Front to back)

1. Blue plus (ATI)
1. Mid Day (Giesemann)
1. Pure Actinic (Giesemann)
1. Blue plus (ATI)
1. Mid Day (Giesemann)
1. Blue plus (ATI)

Thoughts?

Maybe replace the last Aqua Blue with a Purple Plus or another, nice blue/Actinic light?

I know the Mid Day are 6000K, I want them for growth. Everything in my sump grows like crazy (150W 10K MH over a 20 gallon tank).

Switch the middays for the new tropics (6500k). I have them and really like them

I'd combine the 2 recommendations. You don't want more than one of the 6500 and I love the coral plus. 3 blue plus, 2 coral plus and 6500.

My 10 were 5 blue plus, 2 coral plus, 2 people plus and a 6500

...stupid auto correct

I would add two led strip lights to your current 4 bulb setup. This will give you the 6 bulb rating, and add a shimmer affect to the setup. You also will have two less t5 bulbs to replace every 8 months.
