I put some water in and there's a slow leak through it but it's empty now

I don't think it's an issue,
I've built my 80 gal shallow and it has a few of those, But for a piece of mind scrap off a bit of silicone to get to the bubble and re inject new silicone.
I've used black silicone from lowes the Ge type.
Let it dry good few day's.

Personally i would remove the panel and redo all the silicone, if u haven't done that before I would reach out to someone that has .
If it leaks and the tank is older the rest of the silicone is not too far behind.
Thats alot of water and pressure on that glass.

I understand an air bubble isn't a problem but a leaking one is and worn pressure is applied water comes out if the silicon

From what I know between 3-4 years old

I would just remove the panel and redo the silicone

Best bet is to check youtube. Lots of great videos on it. How to re seal a tank.
