Bacterial issue and possible swim bladder disorder?

Hi all. For the last couple days, my clownfish has been not moving or eating much. He had a fuzzy growth on his chin. I moved him to a QT tank with some Furan 2 and now he is doing somersaults in the water. Attached are two videos, one with the fuzz on the chin and one of the somersaults. Please let me know if there is anything I can do. Thank you!!

Swirling like that is a really bad sign. He also looks a little thin.

Sometimes flagellates migrate away from the intestines to sensory pores, spinal column, etc. Either scenario would explain the whirling behavior and unfortunately, the fish will not recover.

Thank you! Unfortunately he didn't make it, and I just noticed some white spots appearing on my other clown. I've counted about 6. Any idea if they are related? Thank you!

Going thru my ordeal and talking to bobby on humblefish. Fish can can have multiple things going on.
