Best refugium/sump combo

Hi There

Who makes the best refugium/sump combos.

I would like to house the heater, chemical filteration, and protein skimmer in the sump portion, and have a section for a refugium (for more live sand, live rock, pod development).

The CPR refugium has its own skimmer. It would be nice to have a system that is more open.

The Precision marine system does not look like it can handle an insump skimmer before the refugium section.

Do you know of any other refugium/sumps? I would rather buy than DIY.
