Bristle worm spawn, do I need to do anything?

The tank is all milky from a bristle worm mass spawn. Do I need to stay home and do something about it or can I just let it run its course?

One thing you need to do is check your skimmer (eeew). Glad I had emptied it this morning because it was overflowing when I went down and looked.
