Your right Nate...never even thought about being in a range of 50ppm. I just read the box and it even says so. Guess I've been lucky that it is usually in the 450 range...but as I said earlier...I did test with another kit and got the same results...knocking on wood...sps corals and clams are growing tho. I do use the seachem for alk and ph tho.
