Cleaner Shrimp with Eggs...

I have a cleaner shrimp with a full pack of eggs. Will they ever make it in the reef tank or will they be eaten right away? Any tips?

The eggs are fertilized if they're greenish-yellow, and they'll hatch in a week or so, but they'll just be food in your tank. Even out of your tank, cleaners are apparently very difficult/impossible to raise. Peppermints are easier, and there has been pretty good success raising them, but even that is reportedly picky, tedioius work.

sounds like u got a good supply of zooplankton for your reef .they will most likley be food. my emerald crabs used to breed and the female would pump hundreds of eggs into the water. its good natural protien for your inverts and fish.
