Cyclopeeze makes skimmer go nuts?

I just added some cyclopeeze to my 20 gal holding tank.
The tank has 2 wrasses in it and a bit of LR.

Minutes later the skimmer went crazy.

Anyone else notice this phenomenon?

I've seen my skimmer pull out cyclopeeze. However I have not noticed a skimmer "spaz out" as a result.

My skimmers always seem to have a bit of a 'reaction' to an addition of food (or my arm) to the tank. Even rinsed frozen foods. Usually the bubbles stop forming a stable foam for a little while but sometimes it seems to create an overflow of wet foam into the collection cup. Depends whats going into the tank. Two part aquastick type epoxy makes my skimmers really go crazy and I have to turn the flow down for a while.

Same here. Could you are feeding too much?
