Dipping new coral

Ok want to buy new corals this week and interceptor is not available for purchase and will not be for the next 6 months. My question is can you use vethical heartworm preventive instead. the active medicines in it are 272 mcg ivermectin, 228 mg pyrantel as pamoate salt and 228 mg of praziquantel.
