Drip Acclimation for Multiple Specimens

Hi All -

I'm expecting an order from LiveAquaria tomorrow and have a question. I want to try the drip method this time. Their website suggests to open all the bags into a bucket, and then drip into the bucket to essentially acclimate all of them at once. However, can I assume that all the specimens came from the same water??? Eg - is it safe to assume that all the specimens coming from their CA facility would have the same exact water parameters? Makes me a little nervous!

Thanks!

i think they keep inverts, coral, and fish seperately in different holding tanks so separate them into different buckets

I've always acclimated together, but its always only been fish or inverts or corals - I haven't mixed those into the same bucket, mainly because fish don't need to be drip acclimated as long as inverts, and corals you can temp acclimate, dip, and then add to the tank without drip acclimating. If you are getting different types of specimens, I'd recommend using a few buckets with drip lines.
