growing SPS in a 10 gallon...lighting question.

I have a regula 10 gallon tank from petco plumbed to my main display. I want to make it an SPS tank.
I am not sure what light I should use.

I can use a JBJ clamp on 150w Halide, all T5 HO or maybe LED from reefbreeders.

I know the MH will get the job done, but what about the T5HO, will those be good for a small tank like that?
And what about the reefbreeders LED?

PS: I just want a light that will grow SPS. I don't care about the light connecting to the internet and simulating storm days when it rains in the Caribbean and all that stuff.

I have a couple of PAR38 Full Spectrum LED bulbs in my frag chamber and every type of SPS I've put under it grows fantastically.

Call me crazy, but corals under it have better colors than the same corals under my Sols/T5 combo in the DT...:)
