Help with Lighting

Hello everyone. I could use some help with an update of my lighting. I have a 36 Bow front, with a torch, hammer, frogspawn, nothing too expensive yet. My lighting is far from ideal, and have considered 2 different lights. Price is a factor (wish it wasn't)

The first being (2) Hipargero 30W CREE Nano Aquarium LED w/Mount.

The second option is a marsaqua 300 w led.

I have not seen either of these in person, only read a bunch of reviews. I am a big fan of the shimmer effect but not really sure which would give me that more. Plus, what would be better for coral growth and health?

Yeah that makes the most sense doing the numbers for sure. Both had such great reviews but the youtube video of the shimmer on the CREE really made me second guess things. Thanks Chris.

i would pick the mars .before u buy it i would contact @dz6t he might have something beter at a great price
