HELP Worm ID - Friend of Foe

Hi Reefers

I found these worms cleaning my tank. The first one is about 7 inches long. It has millipede type of legs. It formed a mucus like sheath when I took it out and placed it in a seperate container.

Is it friend or foe?

The other one I think is a spagetti worm.

usually the best bet for positive ID is to post a pic on RC in DR.Ron Shimek forum.
