internal overflow online vendor

I thought it would be but I dont know how I could go about making the teeth....anyone have any ideas or the space/depth they should be?
 
I used a router to cut the teeth on the box I made. I first made a template with wood and then it was a breeze to cut as many teeth as I needed. As far as space/depth...I'm not sure, I just guessed. I figured I wanted them just deep enough that no mater how much flow the water line would not be visible beneath the trim.

No problem...if you decide to DIY and need help with anything let me know. I bought a piece of scrap black acrylic from Altec (see the DIY source sticky) for like $12 and the weld-on for anoth $8 I think. I can also gice you a hand with cutting the acryclic and making the teeth if you want.

Oh and another thing I did was make the bottom out of clear acrylic so I could easier tell if things had fallen into it.
