Is "Private Message" now "Start a New Conversation"?

Also, when you start a new thread or post a reply there is a "Upload a File" button to upload files directly from your device. How do I upload files in "Start a New Conversation"? Do I need to upload the files to sites such as photobucket and provide the link (just like what we had to do before the website upgrade)? Thanks.

thisits just a test because i never doit from my pc . but you can just coppy any pic on your fone or pc and paste right into your mesage . this one was from my pc
