just ordered my GFO & carbon reactor.......any help?

how much GFO and carbon will i need to add?
when should i change it?
how do i add it to the unit, do i need to rinse it or anything?

It has a capacity of 3 cups of carbon or 2 cups of gfo. How big of a tank that translates to depends on what exactly your going to put in it but you can use the reef calculator to find out how much of the various types of carbon and GFO you would need.

i change out every two months.one inch gfo and 1 inch carbon.foam and gfo and carbon again.
