Lighting help needed (FREE BEER!)

Who wants to come over and put this together for me. I'm afraid I'd burn the house down as I have no electrical knowledge whatsoever. I'll provide the beer and dinner/lunch. I'm ordering a new bulb this week so anytime soon would be good. Thanks.

There are 4 wires coming from the ballast and 3 coming from the fixture. Did I mention free beer?

from the ballast there should be a black and white, which are your hot and neutral for the plug the two other wires are your bulb leads. From the fixture there should be one green wire that is the ground and the other 2 are your bulb leads. Should be pretty straight forward.
