local hardware store going out of business

In Rochester NH. Ramsey Hardware is going out of business. Everything is at least 50% off. I was in the store today and they still had a ton of plumbing supplies. lots of elbows, valves, a ton of stuff. I thought I even saw bulkheads but.... I don't know much about plumbng sooo...
Ramsey hardware is located on Route 125. take the spaulding to exit 12 and take a right.
I have no interest in the business, vested or otherwise. Just thought I'd pass on a possible deal.
