Looking for ideas with my 22 g CadLights

I've had this tank sitting empty in my basement for over a year now and want to maybe get something going with it. I'm looking to stock it with something different / unique. I currently have a 40 gal mix reef tank. Any ideas??

fyi, its got a 4 bulb T5 fixture for lighting.

Not sure how much work u want and your budget but I have always wanted to set up a non-photosynthetic tank.
