magnesium is high?

I dose my tank with randy's 2 part. It is dosed automaticly with my aquatronica dosing pump. I have put in Magnesium in over a month but it reads 1500. What would keep it up that high for so long? Is it even posible?

Not having alot of corals that consume it would be a guess but I know nothing about what your keeping.

Sounds like a testing error or bad test kit to me Carlo. Magnesium usually drops pretty slowly anyways, but what was it at las month?

It was high too but I had it tested Via the club
then I did it myself with a salifert 3 times...

Are you getting crazy coraline growth? I always mine "whiting out" when mag drops.

No Not really I have more purple coraline growing but the Mag is up mot down...

You know, I would not sweat 1500. 1350 is the minimum. 1500 is fine in my book...I usually like mine ~1450.
