Recommended return pump or gph for an eshoppes PF-nano overflow box

The overflow is rated for 200gph and will be going on my biocube 29. Any help would be great, Have always had drilled tanks so the overflow is new to me.

Well in general, I like to aim for 5x flow through the DT. You probably have closer to 20 gallons in the DT, so I would aim for around 100.

I was thinking a mj1200 would be a good amount of flow but I just don't know if it would be strong enough for 3' vertical

Or possibly a mag 3

I used a mag 3 for the same overflow box with about 3' vertical and worked fine
