I find it just lays a yellow blanket of "something" on my glass. I stopped using it.

I have used there nopx4 for algae control for about a year, And I believe it help alot with keeping the algae at bay, and I use it much less now than when I started, They say not to use GFO with it ,but I did with no problems, Even cleaning the front glass has been a lot less. I have also use there reef energy A and B, And I believe in that as well. About little more than a year ago I had a bad algae break out when I took my tank out of the wall and killed a lot of my coral, some where completely gone, some where half alive, I believe the reef energy A and B help a lot with the half alive ones, I still use it two to three times a week with good pol-lip, I did not use there Cal, alk, or mag, ESV is cheaper. just my two cents hope it helps

Absolute waste of money.

Yup, I used it for about a year. The only difference I saw was less money in my wallet instead of SeaChem calcium, reef builder, magnesium and some trace elements like iodine.
