I've had good experiences with them. Customer service was very good.

I’ve used them numerous times, for the most part they are good.
Few things to note:
*Their “freebies”, clean-up crews and flash-sale items are REALLY small. Only once or twice have I been amazed of the size (larger than expected).
*Arrive Alive Guarantee only offers store credit, which is fine by me, BUT when using it does’nt apply to overall cost to next order and can get hit with shipping fees.
*Communication/Customer Service is good (text, email or phone). If you have a DOA you MUST call them immediately!!!!! Do not use the website Gaurantee Form........but this does work great if item passes within the 14 days.
*Like all other’s nowadays, there is a box charge ☹
*They do offer pick-up at local FedEx

Order came in. Everything looked good. Box heated and well packed. Leopard wrasses out and about. FYI I did follow their acclimation Instructions. Worthwhile watching.
