I have an extra 10 gallon tank in the basement and want to set it up as a little frag tank/grow out tank for my zoa frags. I was wondering what light setup would be the best? how many watts per gallon? Also what about filtration will an ordinary HOB filter work? do i need a skimmer?

What i was thinking about doing was putting 15-20 lbs of LR on the bottom with 20 pounds of LS. and then putting eggcrate over the LR to put the frags on.
