Squamosa pic and question

I got this Squamosa today (which makes my BIG Derasa look small)...and Part of it's mantel is very white from that part of its mantel being in a shaded area for a long time. Will it eventually color up there again? Other than that, this clam is absolutely gorgeous!

That's good to here! Do you think it will be fine directly under a 175W 10K MH in a 75 Gallon? It's mantel is about 16 inches from the bulb. I will be upgrading to 250W hopefully in the next couple of weeks.

you might try some phyto pheast to help it along. i have seen amazing result with it with my filter feeders with it.
