sump in a 180 gal

What should i do for a sump . i had a basement set up but im tired of the big pump down there eating my money . does anyone have a 180 gal with a inside the stand tank sump.. please post some pics so i can get a idea for it ,

the skimmer is have is Precision Marine RL225 Redline Protein Skimmer 225 Gallons

is it ok to put in my stand ? is it to loud?

My system is pretty damn quiet Scott. You have an external pump for the return? Thats the only thing that I would imaging could get loud for you. Skimmer is an in sump right? So that shouldnt be a problem. If you are worried about the siphon to sump you can just build a gurgle buster and it will quiet it right down
