Too many fish & crabs?

I have a 30 gallon Oceanic cube. I have five fish, four green chromis and a hector's goby. My watcham goby and my dove and nassarius snails are gone without a trace. I've lost several rainsford's gobys. My questions are: Am I maxed out at five 1" fish in my 30 gallon tank? Are ten blue leg and three scarlet hermits and a emerald crab too much for this tank and they are now preying on the snails and small fish? Thanks in advance for your opinions. :)

I have a very similar tank I'm in the process of stocking (a 33 long) and I wonder the same thing. (so far 4 shrimp gobies, and pretty much the same cleanup crew as you).

I'm sure it depends on a lot of factors such as not over feeding, whether or not you're skimming, how often you do water changes, etc.

the hermits and emerald sound fine though, just make sure the hermits have enough empty shells to move into and they should leave your snails alone.
