Vermetid Snails/worms...?

They are ugly as sin, and there are a bunch of them. Anyone have any luck getting rid of them, or controlling the population? They are driving me nuts!

I stabbed mine with a fish hook and pulled them out of their shells then threw them away. There's probably a better way to do it but I only had 2 that I'm aware of.

Snip em off the rock with bone cutters make sure to get all of it

You can also plug them up in their tubes with a glob of epoxy but that could take all day if you have a lot of them. I just learned to live with them...

There's probably around 100 or so. They are both in the sand, and the rock. At night it looks like I've got cobwebs.
