Return pump question.

I have a second set. So my gut response was apex outlet junk. Plugged into a stip. Swapped out second controller. I couldnt be that lucky. Ive now been attempting snaking return lines from in tank. Turning pump on and off to flush out. Its gotten a lil better but not by much. When sump broke....and in got the temporary online my friend looked at tank and said you need a stronger pump. So im looking at the red dragon but sheesh 6200 gph seems really high. But head pressure it calculates out right with some to spare. I just cant believe this hydor 3200 wont push. .

Last resort gonna to blow out t i cant get to. If theres no blockages then its the pump. Need stronger
