Best glue for mounting frags?

Will the gluing be done in the tank or will the gluing be done outside the tank?
If outside, that Zap stuff Greg uses (a superglue accelerator - available in hobby stores) is a great way to speed up the setting time.

Then I'd use superglue gel for the smaller frags. Larger ones may need the two part epoxy to hold them down and/or hide the frag plugs. Eventually it will encrust and you'll not even notice the putty. If you use this, or even crazy glue, watch your skimmer. They tend to go bezerk when you use glues in the system. It changes the suface tension of the water and you'll get more tiny bubbles than Don Ho ever dreamed about.

Ah.
I've used the Aqua Stik and I've used superglue.
Superglue seems to hold better IMO.

I think the superglue can be very difficult to work with. I try to use Aquamend epoxy whenever possible, seems so much more flexible and doesn't stick to you fingers for the rest of the day.

Superglue GEL! Its waaay better! as far as best brand, any cyanoacrylate will work, the cheaper the better :)
