Bloated tang

My gem tang is bloated and kinda wadlling there’s a bump in her side. Is she just constipated? I saw her poop yesterday and I wasn’t stringy. Any advice would be appreciated.

Is she still eating? If so, try sprinkling a tiny pinch of Epsom salt in the feed and also offer lots of nori.

Thank you humble fish. I keep two veggie nets with nori in the tank . I’ll pickup the epsom salt today. I was also considering seachem focus and Selcon into nightly frozen
