Building a lighting stand...

Hey all
So I have a coralife 20" PC light. As of right now it is sitting on part of my glass top that I have retrofitted to hold it up. I hate how this looks, and I have nightmares of the glass breaking and my light falling in. I am looking for ideas on how to mount this fixture to my tank top. I am fairly crafty, but have not been able to figure out a good solution here. I have access to ANY tool I need ( I am an auto mechanic) and multiple workshops to build things in. I only want the fixture to be 1-1.5" off the top of the tank so as not to lose too much light out the sides. Attached are two pictures of the side of the fixture where I'm guessing the mounting points will be affixed. Thanks all

Coralife makes legs for this type of light. You may be able to modify them to suit you needs.

ah yes...google search owns me. I just found them. I guess that will work just fine. Thanks for the heads up
