I started off at 5ml a day for a week and then bumped it up to 10ml yesterday

So I see now difference so far but what I have removed manually. I don't know what happened but I did loose my kole tang, I have had it about a month. All this is making it really hard to stay in the hobby.

Did you let the mag come down? Maybe take some water and have it tested at a LFS to make sure all your readings are right? I know it bites but you just have to be patient. I used a pair of big plastic tweezers to pluck it off the rocks. It makes it easier to grab. I can come by and take a look I am just one town over. Don't give up yet. I was dealing with this stuff a while ago. My tank was small enough where I could do this, but I dosed my rocks in a mixture of 50/50 of H2O2 and tank water I'd pulled out for a water change. I did this for two consecutive water changes. I upped my cleaning crew and I've not had a problem with it since.
