I have a friend that has a small tank set up at there house and there power is still out. I set up a 10 Gallon at my house using some of the water from my reef tank and some freshly made water. Once there power goes on what would you suggest they should do with the tank they have? The water is currently at around 50 degrees. Do you think they would be ok if once it goes on they just let the temperature go up slowly, do a 50% water Change and re introduce the fish? My concern is the bacteria and things that could be growing in the stagnant tank. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
