jsut bought a 57 gallon rimless. call me OCD, but I want a rimless sump to match.
was thinking of removing the upper trim peice from my current sump, an AG 20 gallon long (30" x ~13" x ~13", 1/4" glass).
now im aware that the trim peice is there to keep the glass from bowing, but I was thinking that the glass baffles in the sump itself would help with the structural integrity if I were to remove the trim.
Thoughts?
