Removing Copper from aquarium

Hello again, so I’m pretty sure my snails have been dying because of copper in the water due to brass fittings I had on the tank I just replaced them today and was wondering how I remove any copper that is still in the water or on the rocks

You can use carbon filters to help get copper out, but I doubt your problem is copper since you said the fittings are brass.
To be sure you can use copper test kits to get a rough idea on the levels.

I’d check all the other parameters to diagnose this one.

Copper is in brass and snails are particularly sensitive to copper so I’m pretty sure that was the issue because my water parameters have been perfect

Cuprisorb will eliminate copper and some other metals from the tank pretty quickly

There are copper test kits, I would test first.
