SPS - Growth and STN

I have a couple of sps corals that have new growth on the top, but the bottom seems to be slowly receding on one side only. I think it is because of the led lights, but I would like some other opinions. Is there anything I can do?

If it’s shaded on the bottom could be the LEDs or if flow is getting blocked from getting there, could also cause die off

More than likely shading from the LED's. I have this happening on a few mini colonies and they've been this way for some time, bu they all continue to grow. I'll see if I can grab a few pictures for reference to see if it's the same thing your experiencing.

Check for bugs too, if you see white spots it's more than likely bite marks from AEFW. Look on dead tissue for eggs, tiny little orange dots. Just a thought

Agreed with Sboarderk03 . AEFW ended a 7 year run for me.
