I was a die-hard Skipton's fan, so naturally I expected the same level of customer service and quality at Unique Aquaria. So far so good, they have some really good deals, staff was very helpful. I asked a ton of questions since I'm starting up my tank, have gone back 3 times and when I get stuck I also call them and they are more than happy to answer my questions via phone.
They are flexible with timing and are generally nice and available even after-hours. I needed to pick up sand at 7pm Tuesday last week and they were more than happy to help.
