Similar idea, but I use Aquarimate app. Great for tracking parameters, livestock, reminders of water changes, etc.

Been using that spreadsheet for years but i just print it out and use it as a chart. I know, I know...its meant for more but I only want to write it down in my log. I dont need charts and graphs of how my tank parameters are tracking. Some like it but I have enough going on then to go that extra mile.
