Came home from work and noticed my aqua tabling frag is RTNing at the base. What causes this? Didn't check the water yet but over the weekend the specs were okay other than the calc alittle low (350). Should I dip it? I think I will have to frag it to try and salvage a couple of frags from it. Temp seems okay...hmm. This is frustrating...

Damn tables can be so touchy. Is it full blown RTN or just some receding tissue? If it's RTN with tissue just lifting away, then I agree FRAG. If it's just slowly receding and still polyping, just stay on top of conditions, I have one right now that I bought "damaged" it has the same thing and It's now turning around.

Took 3 small frags...wasn't a big piece to begin with. It was full blown RTN...stunk to high heaven. I also dipped it twice. Temp as around 80 when I checked...house seemed cool when I got home also. Dunno...stuck fresh carbon in the sump on the overflow drain and did a small water change. Will wait and see.
