I also vote for flake foods to be added.

My feeling is if you want more than one ziplock sandwich bag, bring enough portions for that amount. Fair? However, everyone that brings something should at least get a bag before a second portion is given out. I want 2 so I'll bring 2-3 cups of scallops.

Be sure they are small HD bags as they freeze well and protect the freshness

When I add the brine to my goo I usually rehydrate then decapsulate the nite before I can still due up a bunch of this if it ends up being needed

Quantity: I think it's best if we have more fresh food for the goo. Bring 2 cups worth or more if you can.

Yup, I have in the past.

Personally, I don't find it beneficial but others swear by it. I know there's no harm.
