How Much Flow for Torch Coral?

I recently added a beautiful torch coral to our 29gal tank (from Love The Reef) and he seems to be fairly happy.

I have placed him on the sandbed in a medium-light area, but with a good amount of flow.

How can I tell if he's receiving too much flow? His tentacles do wave a good amount in the flow, but they are well extended (1-2") What I've read says that if the flow is too high, the tentacles will retract and he should look unhappy.

Here's a video of the amount of flow and the tentacles waving:

He looks happy, right?

Looks good to me, the flow didn't look to strong but it seemed kind of hectic? If you know what I mean? Almost like the flow was hitting it from 3 different angles at once?
Torch corals are beautiful and imo look best when they're allowed to sway back and forth and like I said I don't think it's to much flow at all maybe it's because it's in the corner?

Thanks for the advice, guys.

I moved the flow in the tank slightly to prevent the confluence of different flow in the corner where the torch is and mounted the base more solidly. Looking good for now.

I also took Danny's advice and moved the favia colony out 6" away.
